Full Custom is for clients looking for a new Pearl Dazzle design, rather than a recap of a previous Pearl Dazzle costume.

💎 FULL CUSTOM PACKAGE OPTIONS

✨ SHINE PACKAGE — $500+

A polished, stage-ready custom look with clean lines and Pearl Dazzle sparkle.

Includes:

• 1 custom sketch
• 1 revision
• Standard fabrics such as spandex, mesh, and velvet
• Generous rhinestone coverage
• Simple construction, generally 1–2 pieces

• Complex or layered construction

• Maximum rhinestone coverage based on the design
• Up to 2–3 custom accessories
• Priority design communication

Starting at $1,000.

Specialty fabrics, extensive feathers, specialty appliqués, unusual accessories, or other high-cost materials may require additional charges.

Final pricing is based on the approved design.

A $200 non-refundable booking payment is required to reserve your Full Custom production window.

One $200 booking payment = one solo costume.

The $200 booking payment is applied toward your final costume balance.

Your booking reserves your production window only.

It does not mean:

• Your final design has been approved
• Your final costume price has been confirmed
• Your costume has entered production

Your costume moves into production after the required design process, approvals, measurements, and production payment have been completed.

This helps us quickly locate your booking and keep all communication organized.

Email may be used to send booking instructions, but email replies are not monitored for Full Custom order communication.

⏰ 4️⃣ BOOK YOUR 1:1 DESIGN CHAT — REQUIRED 60-DAY DEADLINE

Your 1:1 Design Chat must be BOOKED at least 60 days BEFORE your reserved delivery date.

This is a required deadline, not a recommendation.

PLEASE BOOK EARLY.

Design Chat appointments are first-come, first-served and may become fully booked before your personal 60-day deadline.

Waiting until exactly 60 days before your delivery date does not guarantee that an appointment will still be available.

If our appointment calendar becomes full, Pearl Dazzle cannot:

• Add additional appointment times
• Move another client's appointment
• Rearrange another customer's booking
• Rearrange our production schedule to accommodate a late booking

💬 1:1 DESIGN CHAT

Full Custom Design Chats are conducted through Telegram and are TEXT ONLY.

A $50 Design Chat booking payment is required when reserving the appointment.

The $50 Design Chat payment is applied toward your costume total when the scheduled appointment is attended.

During your Design Chat, we may review and confirm:

• Design direction
• Costume silhouette
• Colors
• Fabrics
• Rhinestones
• Appliqués and embellishments
• Fringe, skirts, feathers, or specialty details
• Accessories
• Measurements and sizing
• Final pricing
• Production details

Missed Appointments

Missed or late appointments do not extend your reserved production timeline.

If the appointment is missed and another Design Chat is required, a new appointment must be booked based on current availability.

We cannot guarantee that another appointment will be available within your original production window.

🎨 5️⃣ COMPLETE YOUR DESIGN FORM

Your Design Form must be submitted BEFORE your scheduled 1:1 Design Chat.

Choose the form that best matches your routine.

Please provide:

• Song / routine information
• Design direction
• Color preferences
• Style preferences
• Inspiration photos
• Important likes and dislikes
• Special requests
• Any design elements that are especially important to you

Your song and general routine direction should be confirmed before your Design Chat.

📏 6️⃣ COMPLETE YOUR MEASUREMENT FORM

Your Measurement Form must also be submitted BEFORE your scheduled 1:1 Design Chat.

Please follow our measurement instructions carefully and double-check all measurements before submitting.

If any measurement appears incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent, Pearl Dazzle may request that you remeasure before production.

Providing accurate measurements is the customer's responsibility.

🚨 REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR DESIGN CHAT

Before your appointment, Pearl Dazzle must have:

✓ Completed Measurement Form

We review this information before your scheduled appointment so your design time can be used effectively.

If required information is submitted late, your design and production timeline may be affected.

Late forms do not extend your reserved deadline or production window.

✨ 7️⃣ DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & APPROVAL

During the Full Custom process, Pearl Dazzle will develop your costume according to the package you selected.

Your package determines the number of initial sketches and revisions included.

Please review your design carefully before final approval.

Once the design is confirmed, we will confirm your final costume price and required production payment.

💰 FINAL PRICING

Full Custom package prices are STARTING PRICES.

Final pricing depends on your approved design.

Additional costs may apply based on:

• Design complexity
• Construction requirements
• Premium or specialty fabrics
• Rhinestone quantity
• Specialty rhinestones
• Appliqués
• Lace
• Fringe
• Feathers
• Skirts
• Specialty accessories
• Additional embellishments

Any major feature, specialty material, or design request outside the selected package may increase the final price.

Pearl Dazzle will confirm final pricing before the costume enters production.

💳 8️⃣ PRODUCTION PAYMENT

Once your design is approved and final pricing is confirmed, the required production payment must be completed before production begins.

Depending on your order total and design, Pearl Dazzle may require:

• A production deposit, or
• Payment in full

For orders requiring a production deposit, the required amount will generally be based on the remaining order balance and will be communicated before production.

Your costume is not added to our production queue until the required production payment has been received.

🔒 9️⃣ DESIGN CONFIRMATION = PRODUCTION COMMITMENT

Once your design is confirmed and the required production payment is received, your costume will be added to the Pearl Dazzle production queue.

Please make sure you are completely satisfied with all design details before confirming.

Once production has been scheduled, design changes are not accepted.

If a later change is requested and Pearl Dazzle determines that it can still be accommodated:

• Additional design fees may apply
• Additional material costs may apply
• Additional labor charges may apply
• Production may be delayed
• Your original delivery date may be affected

Approval of any change after design confirmation is at Pearl Dazzle's discretion.

⏳ 1️⃣0️⃣ PRODUCTION

Full Custom production is scheduled according to your reserved delivery date or delivery window.

Design and production preparation generally begins approximately 2–3 months before delivery, depending on the costume and current production schedule.

For example:

November delivery → design and production preparation may begin around August / September.

Your production window depends on all required customer steps being completed on time.

📦 1️⃣1️⃣ DELIVERY

Your costume will be completed according to the delivery date or delivery window reserved with your booking, provided that all customer requirements and deadlines have been completed on time.

Your reserved delivery date is based on timely completion of:

• Design Chat booking
• Design Form
• Measurement Form
• Design appointment
• Measurement corrections, if requested
• Design approvals
• Required payments
• Other required customer responses

Customer-caused delays may affect your delivery date.

🎨 FULL CUSTOM = PEARL DAZZLE ORIGINAL DESIGN

Inspiration photos are welcome and help us understand your preferred:

• Colors
• Silhouette
• Mood
• Style
• Details

However, Pearl Dazzle Full Custom service is intended to create a Pearl Dazzle original design.

We do not guarantee exact reproduction of costumes created by another designer, costume company, or brand.

If inspiration from another designer is submitted, Pearl Dazzle may adjust the design, construction, placement, details, or styling to create our own interpretation.

✨ RHINESTONES ARE PART OF THE PEARL DAZZLE LOOK

All Pearl Dazzle Full Custom solo costumes include rhinestones as part of our standard stage aesthetic.

The exact:

• Coverage
• Stone size
• Stone color
• Placement
• Quantity

depends on the selected package and final approved design.

⚠️ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Your booking reserves a production window, but maintaining that production window depends on completing all required steps on time.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Read the booking information
• Save the booking follow-up information
• Track the reserved delivery date
• Track the 60-day Design Chat deadline
• Book the Design Chat early enough to secure availability
• Complete the Design Form on time
• Complete the Measurement Form on time
• Have song / routine information ready
• Respond to measurement questions
• Respond to design questions
• Approve design details on time
• Complete required payments on time

Please understand:

Not reading an email or policy, overlooking the deadline, forgetting to book, waiting too long to book, or submitting required information late does not extend your deadline.

If Design Chat appointments become fully booked, Pearl Dazzle cannot move another customer's appointment or create an additional appointment.

If customer delays leave insufficient production time, Pearl Dazzle may no longer be able to guarantee or accommodate the originally reserved delivery window.

Customer-caused delays include, but are not limited to:

• Late Design Forms
• Late Measurement Forms
• Late Design Chat booking
• Missed appointments
• Incomplete information
• Late measurement corrections
• Late design approvals
• Late payments
• Delayed customer responses

Any resulting production or delivery delay is the customer's responsibility.

💳 MISSED PRODUCTION WINDOW

The $200 booking payment is non-refundable.

If your costume cannot move forward within the originally reserved production window because the required customer timeline was not followed, Pearl Dazzle may convert the original $200 booking payment into a Pearl Dazzle Store Credit Code instead of issuing a refund.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
